We were desperately looking for a Mauritian wedding stylist to save our wedding day. We came across a wedding planner's website when we searched on Google. We blindly trusted the first one we found on google search, but we did not get the services we needed from the planner we hired. We then came across the wonderful work of Hermes Events on Instagram and decided to bring them on board our wedding in April 2022 and we have absolutely no regrets at all! Literally the best decision we made! Hermes Events became our wedding stylist and coordinator/planner, and made all the effort to work with our unprofessional hired wedding planner. Organising we wedding abroad can be challenging & stressful. We had frequent miscommunications/misunderstandings with the hotel and suppliers until i found Caroline. Caroline would go to the hotel itself to help with planning and communicate directly with them. The hotel was only offering a small standardised table of options. I was initially looking for more unusual table decor and bouquets but found Caroline so helpful that we found ourselves booking much more with her. She has extensive knowledge and contacts. Her 3D drawings of our wedding also made sure we were all on the same page and know what you're getting which is so appreciated when you're planning overseas. She works to your budget and tries her best to achieve your dream wedding. I felt she truly wanted to make sure our wedding was amazing and unforgettable for us and highly recommend her services to anyone planning their wedding in Mauritius.
